Golden Years Castle LLC is committed to providing quality, compassionate care to those in need in a manner that does not unlawfully discriminate against people based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation (including gender identity and expression), marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other basis prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
Golden Years Castle LLC prohibits retaliation against any person because he or she opposed or complained about discrimination in good faith, assisted in good faith in the investigation of a discrimination complaint, or participated in a discrimination charge or other proceeding under federal, state, or local anti-discrimination law.

Non-Discrimination Policy of Golden years castle LLC
Golden Years Castle LLC does not discriminate based on race, nationality, language, sex and religion in providing home care services.
Our open admission policy will not deny anyone with contagious diseases which include but is not limited to AIDS and Hepatitis B.
We will not decline admission or limit services due to severity of medical condition, membership in or affiliation with a religious or fraternal group, location of services or facilities lacking handicap access.
We will provide the necessary assistance to patients with sensory or speech impairments prior to obtaining their consent for treatment.
